Bank of America

I primarily focussed on WCAG audits and designing new features for Bank of America. I worked very closely with the lead accessibility designer and provided notes for the developers so that they would code things accessibly. My team focussed on employee facing technology for technical managers.

Rush Button

At Bank of America, there is a tool known as ARM for employees to request access for different tools. The process of submitting a ticket on ARM can be very tedious. With the Rush Button tool, managers can create and send and email with buttons that will automatically generate ARM tickets, bypassing the whole submission process. If an employee needs multiple tools, the manager can create a webpage with several buttons for different tools or programs. For this project, I was tasked with making the "Create New Page" functionality. Users can select buttons from the list on the left and they will appear on the list on the right. An important feature was making sure the drag and drop functionality was accessible for screen readers and via keyboard for users with disabilities. 

Payment Activity Center

There are several payment tools at Bank of America which meant the user needed to navigate to several different pages to get an overview of the payment activity. This project was to build a dashboard that also served as a landing page for all the payment tools.
